How you will contribute?
The intern will report to the Media & Image Content Project Manager, supporting in the end‑to‑end coordination of global content production and image-related projects, contributing to campaign execution, asset delivery, licensing workflows, and cross‑functional alignment.
Content Production & Campaign Support
- Support the coordination of global content production projects, from planning to final asset delivery.
- Assist in the management of campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Contribute to on‑set and post‑production workflows (image selection rounds, retouching coordination, approvals).
- Help ensure consistency with brand identity, visual guidelines, and usage rules.
Image & Asset Management
- Support image selection, tracking, and delivery across different channels (OOH, Print, Paid Digital, POS).
- Assist in organizing and updating asset overviews, decks, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on format adaptations, crops, and guidelines.
- Support image licensing projects, tracking usage rights, territories, timelines, and deliverables in line with contractual agreements.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Assist in day‑to‑day coordination with Creative, PR, Merchandising, Client Experience, Architecture, and Legal teams.
- Support the preparation of presentations, status updates, and internal reports for project tracking.
- Help consolidate feedback and ensure smooth communication flows.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support with purchase orders, invoicing tracking, and supplier coordination.
- Help monitor budgets, timelines, and production statuses.
- Contribute to process improvements, templates, and operational best practices.
Who you are?
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, Media, or related fields. Focus on Visual Arts would be considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication and relational skills, comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in content production, image management, and luxury branding.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, including Photoshop, Indesign and illustrator would be considered a plus.
- Interest or basic knowledge in content production workflows is appreciated.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian fluency and knowledge of another language would be a plus.
