BOTTEGA VENETA Sales & Operations Project Intern (Curricular Internship)

Your opportunity

Join our Merchandising Planning team as a Sales & Operations Project Intern. You’ll collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and BI teams on projects that enhance planning and reporting processes, while working closely with Kering Operations. This is a unique chance to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic luxury environment.

How you will contribute

We expect you to be motivated and proactive. You will work collaboratively with team members in BI, Planning and Merchandising and actively participate in discussions, and project activities, including:

• Support process analysis, design, and implementation
• Deploy planning tools and maintain project documentation
• Manage issues and new requirements
• Work with forecasting tools and Power BI (nice to have)
• Assist in data extraction and validation (e.g., using SQL) to ensure high accuracy for operational reporting
• Support the team in creating, updating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models

Who you are

• Eligible for 6-months curricular internship
• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management or related areas
• Genuinely interested in tools, processes, and data topics, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Basic academic knowledge or strong personal interest in data querying (e.g., SQL) and visualization (e.g., Power BI, DAX)
• Fluent in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
