    Your opportunity

    You will have the opportunity to join the Worldwide Controlling team, reporting directly to the Head of Retail Controlling & Consolidation. We are currently looking for a Consolidation Manager, who will lead the Bottega Veneta Consolidation team and be responsible for the preparation and planning of Bottega Veneta’s consolidated financial statements, KPI analysis, and top‑management reporting. The role is based in Milan (MI).

    In this position, you will work closely with several internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Control, Industrial Controlling, Regional Finance teams, as well as with Kering teams in Paris, fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration

    How you will contribute?

    • Manage consolidation of reporting packages on monthly basis, including top management reporting and additional disclosures to Kering team;
    • Manage and coordinate consolidation team in the preparation of guidelines and instructions to regional controllers and shared service centers;
    • Manage and coordinate planning process for Budget and Forecast exercises;
    • Manage and drive complex projects at global level;
    • Cooperate and support all relevant departments in the House, including local teams;
    • Cooperate and support Kering teams in Paris.

    Who you are?

    • Graduated in Business Administration, Management or similar.
    • Experienced in a similar field (at least 5-7 years), ideally in the fashion industry or in complex and structured companies
    • Optimal knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (Italian GAAP is a plus), fundamentals of finance implications to support management needs.
    • Business partner with all relevant departments and functions.
    • Expert in using all Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI (or similar BI tools). Hyperion and/or SAP FMS knowledge is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
    • Agile methodology experience.
    • Reliable, resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
    • Able to set priorities, work independently and effectively manage own time.
    • Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset.
    • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); French knowledge as a plus.
