We are currently seeking a WW Retail Merchandising Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Milan, directly reporting to our WW Retail Merchandising Director.
How you will contribute?
- Analyze merchandising trends across all categories, delivering regular reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor business performance vs targets, working closely with Retail teams and Regions to identify risks, opportunities, and recovery actions to address gaps
- Lead and coordinate alignment meetings across functions, ensuring clear communication of key messages and consistency in execution across departments
- Drive cross-functional projects and special initiatives, coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs, including presentations for internal stakeholders and top management
- Act as a key connector across merchandising categories, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate critical retail projects such as pop-ups, new store openings, zoning activities, and act as the Retail Merchandising point of reference
- Consolidate inputs from different merchandising teams to provide a cohesive and global view of performance and initiatives
- Support the preparation of ad hoc analyses and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong business storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Retail, Planning, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business priorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting at WW level
Who you are?
- 2–3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or similar roles within the fashion/luxury industry
- Strong understanding of merchandising dynamics and product sensitivity across categories
- Proven experience in performance monitoring and business analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management in an international environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey key messages clearly across different functions and seniority levels
- High level of organization, rigor, and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
- Fluency in English, Italian would be considered a plus
