    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    The Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer plays a critical role in structuring, driving, and coordinating the global commercial strategy across all regions and functions.

    Acting as a strategic partner to the CCO, this role ensures alignment, governance, and execution excellence across key areas, including Retail, Architecture & Store Experience, Omnichannel (PCRM, E-Commerce, Retail Excellence), High-End Client development, and regional leadership.

    The Chief of Staff operates at the heart of the commercial organization, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, driving performance cadence, and supporting decision-making through high-quality analysis and strategic narratives. The role is also a strong bridge with Kering Group, working on reporting and preparation of strategic meetings with the Group.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Drive governance and commercial performance cadence

    • Structure and run the governance framework of the global commercial organization (leadership meetings, business reviews, decision forums)
    • Lead the annual strategic planning process and its translation into actionable roadmaps across functions and regions
    • Coordinate and drive performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards, OKRs if applicable), ensuring consistency and visibility across all commercial streams
    • Prepare and orchestrate key business reviews (monthly/quarterly reviews, QBRs, executive committees)
    • Act as key interface with Kering Group on commercial topics, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, reporting, and decision-making

    2. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives

    • Identify, prioritize, and drive transversal projects across Retail, Omnichannel, Client Development, and Store Experience
    • Lead 2–3 high-impact strategic projects directly, partnering with functional leaders and market presidents
    • Ensure proper governance, alignment, and execution discipline across initiatives
    • Act as a catalyst for transformation and continuous improvement across the commercial organization

    3. Support strategic decision-making

    • Provide structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the CCO and leadership team
    • Develop high-quality executive materials (presentations, reports, strategic narratives) for internal and external stakeholders
    • Consolidate inputs from markets and functions to build a clear and actionable commercial vision
    • Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and support prioritization decisions

    4. Ensure alignment across functions and markets

    • Act as a central coordination point between global functions (Omnichannel, Architecture, Client Development) and regional leadership
    • Ensure consistency of priorities, messaging, and execution across regions
    • Support organizational design discussions and operating model evolution when needed
    • Facilitate collaboration and information flow within a complex, international environment

    5. Manage CCO activities & special projects

    • Support the CCO in day-to-day priorities, including preparation of key meetings, communications, and business updates
    • Coordinate ad-hoc strategic topics and sensitive projects across the commercial organization
    • Drive specific missions aligned with business priorities (e.g., boutique openings, client strategy acceleration, omnichannel transformation)
    • Prepare and coordinate reporting to Kering as well as all strategic presentations for Group governance and decision-making bodies

    PROFILE:

    • Experience: 5–8 years in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or a high-impact role within the luxury or retail industry
    • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of retail, clienteling, and omnichannel environments
    • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international context
    • Languages: Fluent in English, French strongly preferred
