    Your Opportunity

    Within the Omnichannel & Business Development team at Ginori 1735, the Omnichannel Performance & Merchandising Analyst leads the analysis of Retail and Digital performance, transforming data and insights into concrete actions that support business growth.

    Reporting directly to the Omnichannel & Business Development Director, the role acts as a strategic partner for Digital, Retail, and Product teams, ensuring an integrated view of omnichannel performance and contributing to the optimization of assortment, stock, and commercial levers through forecasting, analytics, and merchandising. The role also coordinates the operational execution of omnichannel merchandising, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance.

    How you will contribute

    1) Omnichannel Performance, Analytics & Business Steering

    • Monitor and analyze Retail and E-commerce performance through commercial and operational KPIs, building dashboards and reporting to support the business and management
    • Develop an integrated view of omnichannel performance, identifying trends, challenges, and growth opportunities across channels, categories, markets, and customer segments
    • Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, traffic quality, and productivity KPIs, also evaluating the impact of CRM, media, and visual merchandising activities
    • Lead commercial forecasting activities and monitor performance vs Budget and LY, contributing to target setting and performance evaluation
    • Support and guide Retail and Digital teams in interpreting performance and prioritizing actions
    • Define and drive cross-functional corrective action plans, highlighting missed opportunities and optimization levers
    • Develop strategic recommendations to support business decisions and participate in Digital Performance meetings to assess ROI and investment efficiency

    2) Retail Merchandising & Buying

    • Lead performance analyses of collections, categories, customer segments, and SKU-level results across online and offline channels
    • Monitor sell-through, stock coverage, stock aging, and assortment productivity
    • Support and guide Retail & Digital buying activities in coordination with internal stakeholders
    • Oversee merchandising and stock management activities
    • Develop proposals for replenishment, allocation, launch timing, and stock rebalancing
    • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock availability and rotation
    • Support the definition of assortment strategies by store clusters and markets
    • Ensure consistency between commercial strategy, stock allocation, and omnichannel performance

    3) Product & Commercial Insights

    • Integrate commercial feedback from Retail and Digital channels
    • Provide insights to the Product Team on performance and development opportunities
    • Support commercial potential analyses for new launches and range extensions
    • Contribute to the definition of product priorities and commercial strategies
    • Identify high-potential products for advertising campaigns, maximizing their impact

    Who you are

    • Solid experience in Analytics, Merchandising, Planning, or Omnichannel Performance roles, with strong expertise in Retail Merchandising, Buying, and Stock Management
    • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach, with solid knowledge of Retail and E-commerce KPIs and familiarity with Media Performance analysis
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions
    • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Power BI, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills
    • Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset, with interest in the luxury, design, and lifestyle sectors
    • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, combined with a proactive, pragmatic, and problem-solving approach
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

    What we offer

    Compensation: starting at 33.113,36 € based on experience, eligibility to annual bonus linked to the achievement of individual and company objectives based on company policy.
