As GUCCI EMEA Retail Excellence Intern you will support this office, responsible of the implementation of the Retail Excellence Program in the EMEA region, as well as of the Retail Operations and Retail Training.

    Key accountabilities

    • Play a supporting role in the development, monitoring and execution of activities, strategies and action plans to enable the achievement of business goals  

    • Conduct activities of analysis, monitoring and reporting

    • Presentation support

    • Help with coordination of team 

    • Interaction and coordination with functions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing

    Requirements

    • Master degree in Management, Business Administration or similar

    • A previous experience in a project-oriented multicultural environment is considered a plus

    • Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for opportunity presented

    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • Fluent in Italian and English

    • Exceptional team player: confident, sociable, adaptable, hard-worker

    • Problem solving: strong strategic, analytical, detail oriented and structuring skills

    • Project management: well organized, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, results oriented approach and strong time-management skills

    • Communication: excellent  interpersonal  and written/oral communication skills

    • Entrepreneurial approach: self-starter who is motivated and curious to learn
