Your Opportunity
The Small Leather Goods Designer supports the creation and development of men’s and women’s small leather goods collections (mini bags, wallets, key holders, belts, hats, gloves, etc.), contributing to both Collection and Fashion Shows.
The role contributes to the creative process by translating the brand identity into innovative design proposals, combining aesthetics, functionality, and technical feasibility, in alignment with business objectives and seasonal direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of new Small Leather Goods proposals in line with brand identity and seasonal concepts
- Develop sketches, renderings, and creative proposals under the guidance of Design Managers
- Participate in the creation of mood boards, design concepts, and collection presentations
- Contribute to the evolution of the category through trend and competitor research
- Produce accurate technical drawings to ensure effective communication with Product Development teams
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Industrial teams to ensure feasibility and consistency
- Participate in fittings and prototype reviews, contributing to product refinement
- Monitor fashion trends, market evolution, and competitors to identify creative opportunities
- Research inspirations through archives, vintage references, materials, and external sources
- Ensure continuous communication with internal stakeholders throughout the design and development process
- Support the preparation of internal presentations and collection materials
Key Requirements
- Hands on approach and understanding of 3D mockups
- Strong knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, CAD, or equivalent)
- Ability to develop both creative sketches, renders and technical drawings
- Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and product development processes
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensitivity
- Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with technical constraints
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
