About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the international business development team in the launch and operational rollout across boutiques and e-commerce platforms. This is a hands-on role with exposure to both digital and retail business functions, ideal for someone passionate about beauty, fragrance, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Fragrance Launch Support :
  • Assist in coordinating the operational aspects of the fragrance launch in international boutiques and online.
  • Liaise with local markets to collect and consolidate launch needs, timelines, and materials.
  • Help prepare and track launch toolkits, merchandising elements, and point-of-sale materials.
• E-Commerce Coordination :
  • Support day-to-day follow-up of product listings, launches, assets, and stock availability.
  • Ensure digital assets (visuals, copy, pricing) are properly implemented and up to date.
• Forecast & Supply Follow-Up :
  • Track and update demand forecasts with input from markets and supply chain.
  • Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and inventory levels to anticipate potential supply gaps.
• Reporting & Analysis :
  • Support the preparation of launch performance reports (sales, KPIs).
  • Analyse trends and propose actionable insights for improvement.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, management, marketing or a related field
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong interest in beauty, fragrance, and international business.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – bilingual or professional proficiency is essential
