How you will contribute
- Collaborate with the line manager in the development and deployment of digital strategies and activations supporting the brands;
- Support the team in coordinating press requests and managing PR sample movements, monitoring product inflow/outflow through Fashion GPS;
- Manage and maintain up-to-date press mailing lists through Fashion GPS;
- Oversee the collection and archiving of WW, print, and digital coverage by monitoring DMR software, conducting manual press reviews, and consolidating weekly reports from PR agencies;
- Prepare editorial analyses for print and online channels using DMR software to gather data required for PR reporting;
- Create and distribute weekly internal reports and quarterly brand reports to collect and share editorial performance results;
- Develop visibility reports related to special projects and PR brand activities to monitor and share relevant KPIs;
- Support the team in organizing and managing local (Italy) and international press events in markets not covered by PR agencies.
Who You Are
- Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of experience in PR or similar roles;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Fashion GPS and DMR is considered a plus;
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
