    Your opportunity
    As a Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of non-merchandise materials to our warehouses and stores. You will manage the end-to-end flow of operations, coordinating closely with suppliers, carriers, KerOps, and Brand teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    How you will contribute
    The Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement, production, and distribution processes. This position requires a high level of coordination across multiple stakeholders, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Act as central point of contact between suppliers, carriers, Kering Operations, and Brand functions to guarantee the seamless flow of non-merchandise materials
    • Collaborate with the Brands or take direct ownership to align distribution planning with changing market demands, business priorities, and stock optimization.
    • Review customer orders and production capacities to define, independently or in collaboration with the Brands, appropriate production quantities and scheduling priorities
    • Analyze non-merchandise flow status considering excess stock, working on Group reports to ensure appropriate stock level and distribution
    • Quickly assess and proactively respond to urgent or unexpected situations, activating all necessary resources and partners to mitigate disruptions
    • Ensure the regularity, quality and timing of actions required to manage non-merchandise orders from collection through to warehouse delivery using the organization’s internal mainframe systems
    • Continuously monitor business and stock evolution and proactively implement adjustments to supply chain processes and operational workflows
    • Handle day-to-day relationships with supplier, carrier and warehouse, monitoring shipments from supplier to warehouse delivery
    • Leverage strong problem-solving skills to ensure minimal impact on operations and uphold an exceptional in-store customer experience
    Who you are
    • You have a degree preferably in Economics, Engineering or related fields
    • Proficiency in English and Italian; French language knowledge would be a plus
    • You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel; the knowledge of an ERP system is considered a plus
    • You are a team player with strong analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented and extremely accurate
    • Meet deadlines, be proactive, have problem-solving skills and be open-minded
    • Self-motivated and flexible individual, able to work independently and in team

    What we offer
    CCNL Applied: National Collective Labour Agreement per gli Addetti alle Industrie Manifatturiere delle Pelli e Succedanei e Ombrelli e Ombrelloni  
    Indicative starting compensation: 29 000€ gross yearly; annual bonus opportunity linked to individual and company objectives, subject to company policy
