We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner for a one-year maternity cover to join our dynamic HR Team based in Aarhus, Denmark. The position will report to the Head of HR in LINDBERG and with the possibility of being in a permanent position.

    Mission

    • We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our managers and employees across the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective people solutions while ensuring compliance with Danish labour legislation and collective agreements. You will work closely with managers to strengthen leadership, engagement, and organisational performance in a collaborative and international environment.
    • Support the HR Business Partners on Talent Acquisition, Workday, and day-to-day HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution of HR activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understanding organizational needs and translating them into clear and effective job profiles
    • Drive talent management activities, including recruitment, succession planning, and retention
    • Maintaining HR databases, progress tracking, and reporting
    • Managing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with the Managers, IT, and Payroll Specialist
    • Keeping Workday constantly updated, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
    • Supporting the HR Team in LINDBERG and Kering Eyewear across all HR processes when required
    • Support the HR team in managing and implementing HR policies aligned with local regulations and EU directives
    • Support organizational development, restructuring, and change management
    • Ensure fair treatment and promote psychological safety and well-being
    • Facilitate performance reviews and development plans
    • Provide guidance on Danish employment law and collective agreements (overenskomster)
    • Support managers on HR Processes and policies
    • Handling additional HR-related activities in support of the HRBP team

    Who you are

    • Degree in HR, business, psychology, law, or related field
    • Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role
    • Strong understanding of Danish labor market regulations and employment law
    • Experience working with unions and employee representatives
    • Collaborative team player who has the ability to work independently and build trust with managers and employees
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Structured approach to multitasking and project management skills
    • Fluent in English and Danish
