Your Opportunity
The US Hospitality Sales Director is part of our Sales Team and will oversee leading and developing the hospitality sales channel and team, in the US market. He/she will be responsible for achieving the growth of the commercial channel through the scouting of new customers, the management of the existing customer portfolio and the development and implementation of specific projects with prospects and partners.
How you will contribute
• Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably
• Manage and develop the existing network of hospitality Sales Reps
• Analyze the target market and identify target customers (hotels, restaurants, resorts, café, private membership clubs…)
• Identify business opportunities, build key prospect relationships, negotiate and close deals, maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Expand and maintain the customer portfolio
• Constantly monitor new hospitality projects and/or renovations
• Analyze the requests for new hospitality projects and/or customization by prospects and partners and define the proper offers to the customer (technical elements of development, timing, pricing, etc.)
• Identify and create Commercial Proposals
• Share with Customer Service the information necessary for the correct creation of the order
• Introduce the orders in our system using SFA
• Be constantly updated on the development process of the product, deliveries and any problems
• Coordinate commercial follow-up to retain customers and update them on product offers (new collections, business opportunities, etc.)
• Be a passionate Brand Ambassador conveying the Brand values to the Clients or potentials and developing the business.
Salary range for this position is 130-150k USD gross per year, with discretionary annual company bonus.
