Job Title: Communications Intern
Location: New York, NY
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The role calls for someone who is organized, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn.
- Full-time Commitment: Work 30-40 hours per week during regular office hours
- Team Collaboration: Support the overall work of the Kering Communications team, in addition to cross-department projects and initiatives
- Project Support: Assist with meeting preparation, task tracking, and project/event recaps
- Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, organizing team documents, and expense reports
- Event Planning: Support with the planning of key events and provide onsite support for the Kering Communications team
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently obtaining bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Fluent in English, second language a plus
- Interest within luxury retail/fashion
- Organized and detail orientated
- Innovative and creative with a desire to continuously improve
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite essential
- Experience in marketing/communications, public relations or events preferred
- Confidence with social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills while managing multiple tasks
- Solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative
- Knowledge of international development will be an advantage
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
