Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewelry and watches. We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to transform Pomellato’s global brand vision into powerful, localized commercial strategies that elevate brand presence and accelerate business growth across the Americas region.

    How you will contribute:

    As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Pomellato’s global brand vision into high‑impact regional strategies that drive measurable commercial results across the Americas. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will serve as a key connector between marketing, wholesale, and retail teams—ensuring cohesive execution and elevated brand presence across all trade touchpoints.

    In this role, you will:

    Wholesale & COOP Strategy

    • Partner with the VP of Wholesale and commercial teams to build and activate annual COOP marketing plans.
    • Negotiate impactful visibility, enhance in‑store brand presentation, and design activations that strengthen sell‑through and partner engagement.

    Clienteling & VIC Engagement

    • Lead regional client engagement initiatives in collaboration with CRM and retail leadership.
    • Develop high‑impact experiences, events, and storytelling tools that deepen relationships with top clients and support high jewelry performance.

    Strategic Brand Partnerships

    • Identify and activate local partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments that introduce Pomellato to new audiences.
    • Convert creative ideas into structured programs that generate measurable commercial opportunities.

    Trade Marketing Strategy & Operational Leadership

    • Adapt global brand initiatives into localized programs, toolkits, and retail activations tailored to the Americas market.
    • Oversee the regional trade marketing budget with disciplined tracking of spend, performance, and ROI.

    Program Development & Execution

    • Lead the end‑to‑end development of trade marketing initiatives—from concept through execution and post‑activation analysis.
    • Establish clear processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks that streamline internal and external collaboration.

    Strategic Communication & Presentation Development

    • Create elevated, executive‑level presentations for internal leadership and commercial partners.
    • Distill complex information into compelling narratives that support alignment and strategic decision‑making.

    Who You Are

    • You bring 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand partnerships, retail marketing, or commercial marketing within luxury, premium consumer goods, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
    • You think strategically and commercially, with a track record of translating brand direction into high‑performing programs that deliver measurable results.
    • You operate with an entrepreneurial mindset—a self‑starter who identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and leads initiatives from concept to completion.
    • You have experience developing client engagement programs, retail activations, and VIP strategies that drive loyalty and high‑value transactions.
    • You excel in project management, balancing multiple markets, timelines, and budgets with exceptional organization.
    • You bring strong analytical skills, including the ability to manage budgets, evaluate program success, and measure ROI.
    • You produce sophisticated, visually refined presentations appropriate for senior leadership and luxury environments.
    • You are an outstanding communicator who collaborates effectively across marketing, sales, and executive teams.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – Or equivalent practical experience.  An MBA is a plus.
    • Spanish fluency is a plus.
