    ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

    We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who will report to the VP of Wholesale as part of our dynamic team in New York, New York.

    ROLE

    You will work with the VP of Wholesale to oversee our wholesale division and maintain positive relationships with them.

    MISSION

    • Manage and grow wholesale accounts across North America, fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth
    • Lead seasonal market appointments in Paris, presenting collections, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing partnerships
    • Oversee daily account management, including sales reporting, order issue resolution, and in-season special orders
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support long-term goals
    • Analyze sales performance, customer needs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
    • Conduct seasonal store visits to provide product training, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure collections are presented in accordance with brand standards
    • Frequent collaboration with customer service teams in US and Europe to support shipping, logistics and monthly sales targets
    • Collaborate with visual merchandising team on key wholesale locations
    • Support wholesale co-op marketing in partnership with local PR team to curate concept, styles and sample management 
    • Partner with US retail merchandising team on sales trends, stock support, reorder opportunities

    PROFILE

    • Strong experience in luxury wholesale management; Minimum 5 years
    • Commitment to ensure the sales maximization of the company
    • Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organized, detail oriented and agile

    A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and a retirement plan with employer contributions
