PPR today announced the composition of its expanded Executive Committee, now comprising Patrizio di Marco and Marco Bizzarri, Chairmen & CEOs of Gucci and Bottega Veneta, respectively, as well as Franz Koch, CEO of Puma. In addition, and further to the recently extended scope of responsibility assigned to Jean-François Palus, PPR Group Managing Director, Jean-Marc Duplaix, who recently joined PPR as Group Chief Financial Officer, will also join the Executive Committee, now counting twelve members.
The changes to the Executive Committee reflect PPR’s transformation into a streamlined, more operational group, and give the CEOs of its major brands the opportunity to be more closely involved in the Group’s key strategic decision-making processes, alongside PPR’s main corporate officers.

PPR simultaneously announced the appointment of Belén Essioux Trujillo as Senior Vice-President in charge of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee. She will replace Philippe Decressac, appointed Special Advisor on labour development issues for the Group.
A Spanish national, Belén Essioux Trujillo joined Hermès Group in 2005, holding the position of Director of Human Resources at the Leather Goods & Saddlery Division and Hermès Sellier since 2008. She had previously pursued an outstanding career within other multinational groups, gaining valuable experience in HR Development (international mobility, recruitment, training and talent management). Belén Essioux Trujillo has been given the task of turning the Human Resources function into a veritable instrument of PPR Group’s transformation.
Belén Essioux Trujillo, 45, is a graduate of ICADE in Madrid, Spain, and holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Madrid. Following an initial working experience with the Boston Consulting Group in Madrid from 1990 to 1992, she moved to Paris and focused her career on Human Resources, first in the automobile industry at PSA (1993-1999) and later at Valeo. In 2000, she joined Danone Group where she spent four years as HR Director of the Biscuits Branch and later Head of International Mobility, before joining Hermès Group.
