Your opportunity  Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. Votre opportunitéAu sein de la Direction Opérations, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la coordination et l’optimisation de la disponibilité des produits. A PROPOS DE SAINT LAURENT 

Fondée en 1961, Yves Saint Laurent a été la première maison de couture à lancer le concept du prêt-à-porter de luxe en créant, en 1966, la ligne ‘Rive Gauche’, synonyme de jeunesse et de liberté. Ce changement a représenté un premier pas crucial dans la modernisation de la mode et a révolutionné le paysage socio-culturel. 
En 1999, la division luxe du Groupe Kering a acquis la maison Yves Saint Laurent et, sous la direction créative d’Anthony Vaccarello depuis avril 2016, continue à la positionner au sommet de l’univers du luxe. 
Aujourd’hui, les collections Saint Laurent incluent le prêt-à-porter féminin et masculin, les chaussures, les sacs, la petite maroquinerie, les bijoux, les foulards, les cravates et les lunettes

Le DevSecOps Studio de Kering Technologies a pour objectifs de déployer largement l’approche DevSecOps au sein du Groupe depuis la direction technologique mais également de créer de nouveaux produits (applications, services ou plateformes) selon cette approche, en cohérence avec les principes Agiles et notre devise « You build it, you run it ». Notre approche DevSecOps s’appuie fortement sur la contribution de l’équipe SRE au travers de la communication entre les individus, le respect de bonnes pratiques, un outillage complet (Terraform, Git, Artifactory, etc.) et l’utilisation des Clouds publiques (particulièrement AWS). L’équipe SRE, mise en place il y a 4 ans et composée de 8 personnes Ce stage commence en janvier 2026 pour une durée de 6 moisNous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire pour intégrer l’équipe DevSecOps StudioVotre opportunitéLe rôle d&#39;un ingénieur en fiabilité des services (SRE) est de garantir la fiabilité et la disponibilité des systèmes informatiques en mettant l&#39;accent sur l&#39;automatisation et l&#39;optimisation des processus. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive, develop, coordinate, and conduct training projects and programs for all the staff of company (with a special focus on retail teams) &amp; key specialists’ partners. •Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs for both new hires and existing staff, covering onboarding, product knowledge, client service excellence and boutique management •Support training for new boutique openings, events and other strategic training initiatives. •Conduct on-site coaching on selling service and knowledge application based on follow-up guidelines, monthly focuses, and mystery shopper results. •Monitor and support boutique managers and In-BTQ trainers to achieve monthly training targets and follow up on key action plans. •Manage the localization and production of content for New Ambassador programs, Novelties, Monthly Learning Projects, selling and service and management topics. •Coordinate and deliver refresher training sessions (e.g., coaching, workshops) on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis. •Oversee the execution of HQ-led E-learning initiatives including translation, proofreading, and driving completion rates. •Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes. •Plan the local annual learning calendar aligned with the direction of the Retail Excellence Manager. •Track and follow up on training-related expenses under the guidance of the Retail Excellence Manager. •Maintain and update training records and staff performance. •Carry out additional tasks based on business needs and specific requests.

This role supports daily accounting operations and month-end close activities in a dynamic Wholesale and Retail environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and confident working in SAP, with a strong understanding of both corporate and retail accounting processes.
