We are currently seeking a Client Service Lead Ambassador who will report to the Client Service Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York, New York.ROLEAs part of the Client Services team, your mission is to accompany our client throughout the full purchase journey (from discovery to after sales) and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices and cash disbursement polices</li><li>Comply with all Loss Prevention quarterly self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target </li><li>Oversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments</li><li>Provide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees</li><li>Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters</li><li>Maintain full organization of company assets per the back of house and front of house guidelines provided by headquarters</li><li>Maintain the borrow log and consignment program ensuring that it is current and adheres with company policy and procedures. </li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviors </li><li>Significant sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry</li><li>Proven ability to drive store performance</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen, including key retail performance indicators</li><li>Coaching and development skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit </li><li>Strong budget management experience </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Being confident in public speaking and engaging with external stakeholder </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.

Your opportunityThe Store Manager will be primarily responsible for the management of the store, the staff within it and the stock.
