    KERING Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team based in Dubai.

    Your Opportunity

    As part of the HR Shared Services Team in Dubai, the Payroll Specialist will manage accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across assigned MEA countries. The role covers end-to-end payroll processing, vendor coordination, payroll controls, reconciliations, employee support and continuous improvement, while ensuring confidentiality and strong collaboration with HR, Finance, IT and external providers.

    How You Will Contribute

    Reporting to the Payroll Manager MEA and based in Dubai, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    1. Multi-Country Payroll Management

    • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for assigned MEA countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
    • Coordinate key payroll inputs including hires, exits, salary changes, allowances, deductions, commissions, bonuses, leave calculations and benefits.
    • Review payroll outputs, validate calculations, resolve discrepancies and support final settlements, end-of-service benefits and statutory payments.

    2. Payroll Vendor Management

    • Partner with external payroll providers, including ADP and BSH Soft, to ensure smooth payroll execution, issue resolution and service quality.
    • Review vendor payroll outputs, challenge discrepancies, track recurring issues and support corrective actions to strengthen payroll controls.

    3. Payroll Controls, Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure payroll governance and compliance with local labour laws, social security, pension, tax, statutory, data protection and internal policy requirements.
    • Prepare, review and reconcile payroll reports for Finance, internal stakeholders, audits and statutory obligations.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, checklists and audit trails, escalating payroll risks or control gaps where required.

    4. Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation

    • Work closely with Finance to ensure payroll costs, liabilities, journals and payments are accurately reflected and reconciled.
    • Support month-end, year-end and statutory payroll activities, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner.

    5. Employee & Stakeholder Support

    • Act as a payroll subject matter expert and escalation point for employees, Brand HR and business stakeholders.
    • Respond to payroll queries clearly, confidentially and professionally, covering payslips, deductions, leave balances, statutory matters and final settlements.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and country stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality payroll service delivery.

    6. Process Improvement & Payroll Transformation

    • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate and strengthen payroll processes across the region.
    • Support payroll transformation, system enhancements, implementations, country transitions and process improvement initiatives.
    • Use payroll data and recurring issue analysis to improve accuracy, efficiency, controls and employee experience.

    Expérience & Qualifications

    Essential :

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • 5+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within a multinational organisation or complex shared-services environment.
    • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll activities.
    • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
    • Experience working with external payroll vendors or outsourced payroll providers.
    • Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations and compliance.

    Desirable:

    • Multi-country MEA payroll experience.
    • Experience with ADP or BSH Soft.
    • Experience in a regional HR Operations / Shared Services environment.
    • Payroll certification or professional HR/payroll qualification.
    • Experience supporting payroll implementations, migrations or transformation projects.
    • Experience working with Finance on payroll accounting and reconciliations.
