Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.
Sub-Job Family Description - Stockroom:
Supervises the warehouse supplying products to the sales floor or other stores. Monitors stock and inventory levels. Oversees logistics of shipping between the local warehouse and regional warehouses.

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.
Your opportunity
Responsible for providing operational support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory. In this role, he/she must be able to prioritize all their responsibilities and provide our customers with exceptional service by supporting the selling process as needed.
How you will contribute
- Responsible for stock management and perform daily housekeeping of merchandise in the stockroom and floor.
- Ensuring that the stockroom is always tidy, and the merchandises are stored in good condition and positioned in an efficient manner.
- Pack and unpack merchandises according to company guidelines and guarantees checking of the goods quantity and quality.
- Collaborate with sales team in order to provide excellence in customer service, in line with company standards.
- Arrange transfer of merchandise to other stores/locations within the requested times.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and stock take activities.
- Prepares the merchandise re-tagging when necessary.
Who you are
- More than 2 years of retail stock management experience, luxury brand stock management experience is preferred.
- Has good problem solving and excellent organization skills.
- Good team player, responsible and hard-working.
- Familiar with computer and MS office software operations.
