POSITION : Client Data & Campaign Coordinator (1Y Contract)
This role supports Client Data & Insights and Campaign function in executing data extraction and client communication campaigns. The position focuses on operational excellence in CRM data handling and campaign deployment (mainly MMS and outreach tasks).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Extraction & CRM Support
- Extract client data from CRM systems (e.g., LUCE, Retail 360) for campaign targeting and reporting
- Support database updates and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist in maintaining client lists for campaigns (segmentation, targeting, exclusions)
- Support tracking of clienteling KPIs (contactability, outreach, engagement metrics)
- Assist in preparing basic reports and data files for internal teams
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support planning and setup of MMS and client outreach campaigns
- Execute campaign sends (MMS, e-cards, etc.) following defined targeting and timelines
- Coordinate with retail teams to ensure proper execution of outreach tasks
- Monitor campaign execution status and flag issues in a timely manner
- Track basic campaign results (delivery, response, conversion where applicable)
- Support post-campaign reporting and data consolidation
Cross-functional Coordination
- Support alignment between data extraction and campaign needs
- Follow global and local Client data, campaign and privacy guidelines in all executions
- Support the overall Client Engagement team tasks
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, data operations, or marketing campaign execution
- Basic understanding of database handling and Excel (data extraction, filtering, formatting)
- Familiarity with CRM or clienteling tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Good communication skills (Korean required, English basic working level)
