Sample Management

Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure adequate support given (overseas and local) and manage sample inventory

Assist with dressing of VIP KOLs for brand events and other ad hoc dressing requests

Events

Assist in organizing and execution of events with media, VIP and KOLs

General

Responsible to pack and arrange deliveries of birthday, congratulatory, seasonal gifts to media and VIP KOLs

Undertake general administrative and clerical duties

Reporting

• Conduct research to support PR planning and competitor monitoring

• Responsible for the press clip archive and scanning of materials for periodical reports, as well as tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. Wearisma)

Weekly

• Update competitor reporting every Monday

• Editorial email announcement on every Friday

Monthly

• Update Ad & Editorial Tracking

• PR clippings report

Ad Hoc

• SAP reporting requests

• Draft and distribute content such as dressing releases
