    Role mission

    Contact Strategy & Client Insight Coordinator is a pivotal position within Gucci, accountable for contact strategy and client insight focusing to elevate the customer experience in Client Engagement team.

    Reporting to the Contact Strategy & Client Insight Sr Manager, she/he will be responsible for managing/operating activities related to client’s contact strategy, also manage to extract/operate the client database to support the analysis and reports of clients from all channels to as to define the business opportunity.


    Key accountabilities

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Promote and implement the customer journey, coordinating actions at specific steps in the journey, at the same time preparing the communication and content, partnering with HQ team.
    • Support to drive strategy utilizing client database with Contact Strategy & Client Insight Senior/Assistant Managers to manage Japan client database & insights roadmap.
    • Support to define the reporting scope & framework and communicate with the team to lead for all tracking reports routine or ad-hoc delivery with high quality and timely manner.
    • Support by data insight to optimize the customer communication journey and content.
    • Manage digital (e-cards, LINE, digital templates) and physical (catalogs) tools; keep track of schedule and process in coordination with key stakeholders and thoroughly track the activities aiming to drive performance excellence.
    • Support to ensure the quality of the all the data tracking systems and platforms in Japan in cooperating with Gucci global data & insight team and Kering MIS.

    Requirements - Key behavioral competencies - basics

    • Minimum 2-3 years experiences of CRM or Client related activities
    • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (Native Japanese and Business English)
    • Experience of client data extraction and reporting
    • Familiar with big database and MS Office software
    • Experience in providing insights and consultancy, a plus
    • Luxury and/or fashion experience, a plus
    • Retail experience, a plus
    • Resilient, agile, self-starter and open-minded
