    Reporting/Analysis

    • Daily sales and inventory monitoring for further actions to avoid any missed opportunities from low stock
    • Monitor inventory and sales reports weekly to generate insights to business trend, clientele and product preference by channel for the assigned categories
    • Weekly and monthly business performance updates on all platforms to share with top managements
    • Frequently conduct category deep dive to seek product insights and market trends amongst each channel


    Business Management

    • Weekly delivery and stock arrival updates, identify risks in launch plans and proactively provide solutions to the issues at hand
    • Check for product opportunities weekly from local stock mutualization or thru HQ request
    • Initiate newness launch plan aligning with DOS and EC festivity calendar needs
    • Monitor seasonal newness ST%, to initiate appropriate strategies and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales
    • Check on product projections for carryover styles for selected categories at a bi-monthly basis

    Cross-functional collaboration

    • Frequent collaboration with VM team to identify product priorities and develop zoning plans
    • Strong collaboration with training team to develop plans for product knowledge enhancement for retail team and to conduct seasonal product trainings
    • Collaborating with other departments like communications and client engagement team to ensure a synchronize product message across all platforms 

    Buying

    • Carry out seasonal hindsight on key differences in online/offline sales performance to apply during the buying
    • Work independently during buying campaign in assigned categories, taking the ownership on assortment proposal and to present buying materials during local and HQ review
    • Coach subordinate (if any) to support buying campaign paperwork and system entry

    Competitor / Market Insight

    • Proactively update competitors’ product offerings, actions and trends to top management

    Projects

    • Lead team and cross-functional transversal projects on ad hoc basis
