GUCCI Operation Specialist

Role Mission

• The Operation Specialist provides support to the sales assistants in receiving the merchandise on the floor on a timely manner for the CA to be focused on the customer

Key Accountabilities

• Supports the sales assistants in stock and products
• Full awareness in stock allocation and product (i.e. name, color, description)
• Helps the sales staff in ensuring the best customer service, reducing the waiting time
• Assists in put the stock away from the shop floor

Key Requirements

• Retail experience in a customer-driven environment
• Ability to lift, carry, kneel, reach and bend
• Team player mentality
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
