    We are currently seeking an Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager who will report to Senior Integrated Marketing Manager in Kering Eyewear China

    The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

    How You Will Contribute

     

    1. Tmall In-Store Content Marketing – Elevate Brand Tone & Empower Sales

     

    · Assist in developing and executing Tmall flagship store content marketing plans that uphold luxury brand tone while supporting sales conversion

    · Manage and optimize owned content assets: product pages, brand homepage, short videos (Guangguang), etc., to enhance browsing experience

    · Collaborate with EC sales and TP partners to ensure high-quality execution of new product launches and in-site campaigns

     

    2. KOL / KOE Collaboration – Impactful Content Co-creation

     

    · Plan collaboration matrix with KOLs and KOEs that align with luxury eyewear positioning

    · Lead content co-creation on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, delivering high-quality posts with aesthetic depth and relevant topics to increase brand affinity and community penetration

     

    3. Co-marketing with Key Clients & KOS Ecosystem – Create Value with Retail Partners

     

    · Build Customer Marketing content system with key clients, including co-creation, asset sharing, and O2O activation

    · Empower Key Opinion Sales (KOS): provide content calendar and creative guidance, organize systematic training (e.g., monthly livestream classes), support KOS in releasing brand-consistent social content

    · Work with clients to allocate quality traffic, enabling an elegant closed loop from online seeding to offline or e-commerce purchase

     

    4. Budget & Performance Management

     

    · Support integrated marketing budget planning and tracking to ensure investment aligns with brand priorities

    · Conduct regular campaign and content performance reviews, providing insights for strategy optimization

     

    Who You Are

     

    · Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, e-commerce content, or social marketing – beauty/fashion/FMCG background preferred

    · Strong aesthetic sensitivity to high-end visuals and brand storytelling

    · Familiar with Tmall in-store content ecosystem and Xiaohongshu platform logic

    · Excellent project coordination skills, able to work gracefully with internal and external partners

    · Good command of Chinese and English, proficient in PPT and Excel

    · Results-driven, able to deliver high-quality outcomes with existing resources

    · Familiar or eager to apply AI tools (e.g., AIGC image generation, smart copywriting assistance) to improve content creation
