KERING Learning Ops Specialist

We are currently seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join our team. You play a key role in the delivery of learning programs by managing operational processes and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. This role is critical to the effectiveness of Kering University and offers a strong entry point to grow within the Learning & Development function.

How you will contribute

• Manage end-to-end administrative processes for learning programs (nominations, registrations)
• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of training sessions
• Support participants and stakeholders throughout the learning journey
• Track participation, completion and key KPIs
• Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate with vendors and trainers for session organization
• Collaborate with House and Region Managers for program deployment
• Ensure high-quality participant experience across sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes
