    KERING Logistics Planning Senior Specialist

    Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -After Sales and Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer inquiries, with in-depth knowledge of products, services and processes. Communicates with customers through various channels. Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in order to improve customer service efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sub-Job Family Description - After Sales: Resolves technical difficulties and issues with our customers after a sale. Plays a pivotal role in strengthening the bond between customers and sales staff.

    How you will contribute

    • Stakeholder Management & SPOC Governance
    • Act as the primary logistics point of contact (SPOC) for assigned Brands, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Establish and maintain clear escalation paths and governance processes for logistics-related topics.
    • Facilitate regular business reviews with Brands, ensuring operational issues, risks, and action plans are properly monitored and resolved.
    • Build trusted relationships with Brand teams and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused logistics environment.

    Ensure alignment between Brands, Logistics Operations, Customer Service, IT, and Central Supply Chain stakeholders.

    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with Brands

    • Brand Planning & Forecast Management
    • Lead the collection, consolidation, and validation of operational forecasts from Brands and central stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain structured forecasting processes and planning governance routines.
    • Analyze forecast trends, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend mitigation actions.
    • Support capacity planning activities by translating business forecasts into warehouse, transportation, and operational requirements.
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning quality and reliability.

    • Logistics Transformation & Business Enablement
    • Support logistics transformation initiatives, including warehouse migration and ERP implementation projects.
    • Coordinate communication and alignment between Brands, Operations teams, IT, Central Supply Chain, and external logistics partners throughout transformation programs.
    • Support Brands during ERP transitions (including SAP rollout activities), ensuring logistics requirements are properly captured, communicated, and implemented.
    • Assess business readiness, identify operational risks and impacts, and ensure timely escalation and mitigation actions.
    • Contribute to the design, implementation, and stabilization of new logistics processes, systems, and governance models.
    • Monitor post go-live performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational stability, service excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

    Who you are

    • Required Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Planning, Operations Planning, Demand Planning, or related fields.
    • Experience in stakeholder management within a complex, multi-brand, or multinational environment.
    • Proven experience managing customer-facing or stakeholder-facing relationships, with the ability to manage expectations, priorities, and escalations.
    • Proven ability to manage forecasting processes, reporting activities, and cross-functional projects.
    • Experience supporting transformation programs, warehouse migrations, or logistics network changes is a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools is a strong plus.
    • Business-level English and fluency in Japanese.
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent field.
