    KERING Senior Accounting Manager-R2R

    This is a pivotal leadership role based in our Shanghai Finance Shared Service Center, you will have the unique opportunity to: • Drive Strategic Impact: Be the accountable owner for the end-to-end financial reporting integrity of our Hong Kong and Macau entities, directly supporting the group's financial objectives and sustainable growth in these dynamic markets. • Lead Transformation: Actively shape the future of finance by driving process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives within the R2R function, contributing directly to our Finance transformation agenda. • Build & Inspire a Best-in-Class Team: Cultivate, mentor, and lead a team of 8 professionals. You will be instrumental in developing their capabilities to deliver professional service excellence to our prestigious Kering brands and to thrive in an environment of continuous change. • Expand Your Expertise: Serve as a key subject matter expert on IFRS and local GAAP, deepen your mastery of SAP, and engage extensively with in-house brand finance, FSSC FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal and external auditors across the region.

    How You Will Contribute

    You will be the cornerstone of financial control and reporting excellence for the HK & Macau entities. Your contributions will focus on three key pillars:

    Ensure Operational Excellence & Compliance:

    • Oversee both the statutory accounts process of the group’s retail companies (including general ledger accounting, fixed assets, balance sheet accounts and intercompany flows) and the reporting and submission of the financial statements of around 18 legal entities (22 Management Reporting Units) to the Group consolidation tool.
    • Guarantee adherence to IFRS, Hong Kong and Macau GAAP, and group accounting policies.
    • Manage the preparation of financial statements and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during annual audits.
    • Implement and monitor robust internal controls, ensuring control objectives are met, documented, and reviewed.

    Drive Transformation & Continuous Improvement:

    • Partner with in-house brand finance teams to streamline the fast-close process, significantly reducing reporting lead times.
    • Identify and lead initiatives for process standardization, optimization, and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the R2R function.
    • Leverage deep SAP expertise to maximize system capabilities and ensure optimal financial operations.
    • Support internal audit reviews and tax inspections, providing expert guidance and ensuring readiness.

    Lead, Develop & Collaborate:

    • Provide effective mentorship, coaching, and performance management to your 8 team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal and external auditors) to support holistic business needs and ensure financial alignment.
    • Act as a trusted partner to the in-house brand finance, ensuring the R2R team delivers consistent, high-quality "professional service" to all Kering brands according to the Service Level Agreement.

    Who You Are

    • Qualified Professional: You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, and possess a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
    • Experienced Leader: You bring 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a multinational corporation or shared service environment. Experience in the retail/luxury goods sector is a strong advantage.
    • Technical Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau GAAP and IFRS, proven experience in leading R2R processes and financial closing, and strong proficiency in SAP.
    • Influential Communicator: You possess an excellent command of English (verbal and written), with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions.
    • Proactive Achiever: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are driven by a desire to add value, foster a culture of excellence, and support sustainable business growth.
