    Job Family Group Description - Merchandising: Includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel. Job Family Description -Retail Merchandising: Develops plans for product ranges and master orders. Organises the buying process to optimise the balance between product range and stock across regions and channels.

    Alexander McQueen is a British luxury house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen. Established in London in 1992, the house joined the Kering Group in 2001 and has been under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023.

    How will you contribute?

    • Close monitor on sales budget and sell-thru KPI
    • Identify business opportunities, risks and propose business driving actions
    • Set up the buying and product strategy and ensure the buying quality
    • Utilize data to understand buys based on historical sales data and seasonal trend
    • Strategize anticipated product demand based on the timing of markdowns and holidays
    • Monitor competitor movements, communicate & collect online/offline store feedbacks, and contribute to giving feedback to HQ regarding the local market needs
    • Lead the seasonal product training, mix & match and transfer the Brand image, being role model for product presentation and brand DNA
    • Work closely with the Marketing team and Retail team on providing product support/advice to leverage branding campaigns or promotion initiatives

    Required Skills:

    • Degree holder or above in fashion or textiles
    • At least 6 years in merchandising field with fashion/ luxury retail experience
    • Strong fashion sense with strong analytical, numerical together with commercial awareness, ability to plan and prioritize
    • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical and organization sills
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
