Alexander McQueen is a British luxury house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen. Established in London in 1992, the house joined the Kering Group in 2001 and has been under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023.

How will you contribute?

● Provide strategic Controlling support at business level includes but not limited on analysis of broad data sources for strategic business-based decisions
● Understand the business needs and bridge these business needs to partnering Controlling functions and apply Controlling expertise to develop solutions.
● Take responsibility for yearly budget/quarterly forecast of headcount and cost, cost center planning of the responsible scope, make sure the budgeting, forecasting and tracking is in place to support the management decision.
● Provide accurate information and data to line Managers for supporting annual budgeting, operation plans and quarterly forecasting by way of standard reporting package preparation or ad-hoc reporting
● Assist and play a bridge role between brand and shared services.
● Understand the key business objectives and initiatives to identify the areas that Controlling can help to achieve their goals and to ensure most effective solutions are delivered in support of business.
● Review and analyze the data and information to identify trends and recommend solutions that utilize, motivate and retain the workforce
● Data preparation and analysis on various levels, e.g. country, business unit, product line etc.
● Know how transfer related to the application of controlling and finance tools
● Continue on planning, implementation, reassessment, measurements and optimization of policy, procedure and process
● Other projects and tasks assigned by the superior

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Controlling functions or business oriented field in multinational company.
● Proficiency in Controlling and Accounting
● Excellent communication skill and ability to work with senior leaders with strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a commercial environment (spoken and written in English language)
● Ability to prioritize strategic and operational tasks, and organize workload to meet deadlines
● Strategic thinking and acting

● Familiar with SAP
