    QEELIN Contract Senior Marketing Executive

    Qeelin - Fixed Term (Fixed Term)

    This role supports the execution of Qeelin’s international marketing initiatives across key global markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role leads client engagement, gifting, events, and partnership activations, ensuring elevated brand experiences through strong project ownership, cross-market coordination, and disciplined execution to drive commercial impact and brand excellence.

    Qeelin fine jewellery - a playful fusion of Chinese symbolism and modernity.  Since Qeelin’s founding in 2004, every piece of jewellery has carried rich cultural connotation, reinterpreting traditional symbols with stylish designs intended for daily wear, infusing new life and contemporary meaning to Chinese heritage.

    Named after the Qilin, an auspicious Chinese mythical animal and icon of love, Qeelin fuses unbridled creativity with excellence in craftsmanship. It brings a touch of playfulness and surprise into the world of fine jewellery. The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.

    To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    Client Engagement, Gifting & Treatment

    • Support the Marketing Manager in executing client engagement and clienteling strategies to elevate client journey across markets.

    • Lead end-to-end client gifting production projects (sourcing, negotiation, production, and delivery), ensuring alignment with brand standards, budget, and timelines.

    • Coordinate VIP client trips and provide on-site support to ensure seamless execution.

    • Gather post-activity feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.

    Event & Animation

    • Support the planning and execution of client events and brand activations, ensuring a seamless client journey and strong brand storytelling.

    • Source innovative event concepts, vendors, and market insights to enhance future activations.

    • Manage event timelines, vendors, agencies, and operational deliverables.

    • Consolidate post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.

     Partnership & Retail Marketing

    • Support partnership strategy execution, including co-branding, CRM/loyalty collaborations, and in-mall activations to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.

    • Act as the key point of contact for assigned markets (primarily NSEAO & HKMOTW), ensuring timely communication and execution.

    • Develop experiential retail ideas to engage traffic and elevate brand presence.

    • Implement partnership-driven VIP engagement initiatives and collaboration (e.g., exclusive offers, lounge takeovers, relevant partners’ collaboration), to recruit HNWI client.

     Store Visual & Environment

    • Coordinate store visual and lightbox implementations, including production follow-up.

    • Monitor implementation quality and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

    Marketing Operations

    • Manage budget tracking, invoice processing, and reporting.

    • Support performance analysis and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.

    • Support ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the luxury jewelry or luxury fashion industry.

    • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage projects independently and perform effectively under pressure.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with solid vendor negotiation capability.

    • Client-centric, solution-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of luxury brand standards.

    • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • Outdoor activities and work may be required occasionally

    • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Marketing Executive.
