Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain:
This Job Family Group includes pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics/distribution and warehousing.
Job Family Description - Logistics:
Directs operations to effectively manage receipt, storage, selection, packaging, loading and shipping of products to the customer.
Speciality Description - Logistics & Distribution:
Oversees and facilitates the supply chain operations of our company. Receives and processes warehouse stock products. Working in partnership with warehousing, coordinates personnel and processes to optimize the distribution of goods and ensure high client satisfaction.
After-sale Service:
- Assist in monitoring the daily repairs in D365, update the repair report both in file and system.
- Assist to arrange the repair pick-up schedule for SH/BJ workshop
- Assist to update the repair status in system (pending/repairing/returning) daily
- Assist to double check the unclosed repair in system and follow up with boutiques.
Logistics
- Assist in collecting the material request from boutiques and arranging the shipment
- Assist in monitoring the transfer orders in D365 un-received by boutiques and follow up.
- Assist to complete the payment request in Esker
- Assist to complete the stamp application in Kering BPM
