ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

MISSION

  • Liaise with Regional team/HQ on retail operations, including systems, supplies or process enhancement, following by proposals of implementation plans
  • Prepare and monitor timely retail expenses budget
  • Supervise the Store CRM KPIs, and customer Data base (including comprehensive reports to management and the stores)
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to coordinate retail events
  • Monitor VIC programs and suggest adjustments when needed, and closely observe competitors’ best practices
  • Assure the accuracy of all the Retail reports and/or consolidation needed
  • Give recommendations on current reporting system, and provide analysis and suggestions on a regular basis
  • Set up operations guidelines whenever missing and organise training when needed
  • Organise regular check-up of stores to ensure the compliance is rigorously followed
  • Deploy retail excellence and make sure all stores follow properly
  • Maintain the accuracy of the stock in physical conditions and on the system
  • Ensure all stores are well sustained to attain the Saint Laurent store image
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

PROFILE

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Operations, preferably in Luxury industry
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills
  • Multi-tasking and efficient thinking and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
