    BOTTEGA VENETA - Client Development Intern (12 month FTC)

    How you will contribute
    Support the Client Development Manager in daily tasks and projects, such as:
    • Implementation and execution of in-store client activations in Northern Europe
    o Prepare event format briefs for submission to the Client Development Manager
    o Follow up coordination with different departments involved and plan all elements of each client activation event (for example: orders of E-Vites, gifts, special visual set-up, catering, DJ's etc.)
    o Support in the development of budget and cost plan
    o Accounting follow-up
    • Organising client experiences
    o Coordinate and liaise with Retail teams and Northern Europe Client Engagement
    o Collect and integrate all necessary information in follow-up template
    o Coordinate travel and bookings
    o Support in developing budget, cost plan and follow up
    • Gift planning and management
    o Collect orders from stores on catalogue proposed by Northern Europe Client Engagement
    o Follow up on costs and budgets
    o Follow up on timely delivery
    o Follow up of accounting activities
    • Provide administrative support as needed for the Client Development team
    o Collect preventives and invoices and check that they are correctly accounted and paid on time
    • Liaise with the stores in the Region to conduct market research and analysis to identify best practices and potential client opportunities
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative client engagement strategies
    • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and reviews


    Who you are
    • Passionate about fashion, customer-focused, with a strong interest in retail and an omni-channel approach
    • Attention to detail, effective communication, natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
    • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
    • Strong skills in PowerPoint, good skills in Excel
