    We are looking for a highly creative Architect or Interior Designer with a strong artistic sensibility and a sophisticated understanding of spatial storytelling, materiality and luxury retail experience.

    You combine conceptual thinking with a refined eye for detail and craftsmanship, bringing a strong creative vision capable of translating brand identity into immersive architectural experiences.

    You are culturally curious, visually driven and deeply connected to art, design, fashion and contemporary creative research.

    How you will contribute

    Creative Architecture Direction

             •       Creative development of global architecture projects including Flagships, Residences and Department Stores

             •       Translate brand vision into elevated architectural concepts and immersive retail experiences

             •       Develop strong conceptual narratives through layouts, spatial studies, mood boards, material research and creative presentations

             •       Explore innovative spatial solutions and new architectural languages aligned with the evolution of the brand

             •       Drive the integration of new product categories, launches and customer experiences within the retail environment

             •       Collaborate closely with internal design team to oversee the development of 3D models and ensure the integrity of the creative vision throughout all project phases

             •       Ensure a high level of design excellence, material sensitivity and detail execution across all projects

    Research & Development

             •       Collaborate closely with R&D team to develop innovative technical and material solutions that support the creative vision of each project

             •       Contribute to the research and development of new finishes, materials, furniture systems and architectural details

             •       Supervise the development of prototypes, mockups and samples to ensure design integrity and craftsmanship quality

             •       Maintain close attention to detail throughout the production and implementation process

             •       Ensure alignment between creative development, technical execution and project timelines

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

             •       Work closely with Store Planning team to define project briefs balancing creative ambition, retail operations and regional business needs

             •       Partner daily with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure full alignment between architectural concepts, product display and brand image direction

             •       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hospitality, client experience and service strategies into each retail format

             •       Participate in regular reviews with regional architecture and project development teams to ensure consistency and quality across all implementations

             •       Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the successful rollout of new concepts, store elements and creative developments worldwide

    Who you are

             •       Background in Architecture or Interior Design

             •       7 years of experience in architecture and retail design roles within luxury brands or high-end creative environments

             •       Strong experience in conceptual design development for retail and spatial experiences

             •       Exceptional creative research skills with a strong sensitivity towards art, materials, textures and craftsmanship

             •       Strong artistic and visual communication skills including hand sketching, drawing, mockups and creative presentation development

             •       Ability to transform creative concepts into emotionally engaging and commercially relevant spatial experiences

             •       Deep understanding of luxury retail environments, customer experience and visual storytelling

             •       Strong awareness of Visual Merchandising display principles and their integration within architectural concepts

             •       Experience working across multidisciplinary and international teams

             •       Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide creative development across different project stakeholders
