BOTTEGA VENETA Junior Object Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Object Designer to join our Design Team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the Disegn Director of Colour and Creative Objects, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative environment and contribute to the development of our Object Design Collections.

How you will contribute?

• Realize technical files based on iconographic research and inspiration input.
• Design a wide range of products (product, furniture, packaging, experience).
• Follow product’s technical development processes from launch through to final prototype.
• Develop new product category inspiration research, material and technique research.
• Collaborate closely with the Licensing, Client Experience, Retail Excellence, Marketing and Packaging Departments.
• Make mock ups, technique and 3D trials.

Who you are?

• BA/MA Degree in Product Design / Architecture or a related field.
• Previous work experience in Architecture, Furniture and Product design field.
• ⁠Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for detail (Hand drawing, mockuping and prototyping facility).
• Ability to research independently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines.
• Passionate for fashion, art, architecture, design and design history.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software Rhino and Keyshot (SketchUp, VRay are a plus).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Italian is a plus.
