How you will contribute?

• administrative management of the trademark, design, and domain name portfolio
• updating archives and databases
• organization and filing of documentation
• support with basic administrative tasks, including invoice checks
• preparation of documentation and correspondence in support of legal activities
• monitoring deadlines and supporting renewal activities
• basic research in the field of intellectual and industrial property

Who you are?

• student currently enrolled in a degree program in Law or a related field
• interest in intellectual and industrial property law
• Italian mother tongue and good command of the English language
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and familiarity with AI tools
• precision and strong organizational skills
