    As a Senior Women’s Ready-to-Wear Designer, you will work closely with the design team, you will contribute to research, concept development, fittings, and show preparation, while deepening your understanding of Bottega Veneta’s creative vision and craftsmanship.

    How you will contribute?

    • Working alongside the Head of Tailoring, Outerwear & Denim Women's Ready-To-Wear Design in building strong concepts and developing new seasonal collections, with a strong focus on Leather & Denim.
    • Conducting iconographic research as well as working on 3D, volumes, and details, both flat and on stockman.
    • Leading fittings and look development, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic.
    • Participating in the coordination and preparation of the fashion show and other key presentations.
    • Preparing technical drawings, moodboards, and presentation materials.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Atelier, & Fabric.

    Who you are?

    • 4-5 years of experience within the role with proven expertise with leather & denim.
    • Strong visual sensibility and keen eye for craft, with an advanced ability to research, interpret, and translate concepts into compelling designs.
    • Experience in working directly with suppliers & factories.
    • Experience in developing commercial point of view of the collection.  
    • Understanding of construction, materials, and finishing techniques, especially within leather and denim development.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication skills, with experience collaborating closely with development teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final product.
    • Proficiency in Adobe - Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
