    We are currently seeking a WW Client Experience Manager who will report to the WW Retail & Client Director

    as part of our dynamic team in Rome.

    Your opportunity

    You will be an ambassador for the brand in enhancing the client experience for existing and new high potential clients.

    This is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment where you will be focused on supporting the stores on strategic business objectives. It is action oriented and uses data led analysis to recognize opportunities and implement specific projects and actions to drive client retention and growth. The collaborative work with other departments (Marketing, Bespoke, CRM, E-commerce and Client Service) will be very crucial to implement the main activities and projects.

    You will drive growth throught retention and uplifting of existing clients and recruitment of new high potential clients. To meet these targets, you will contribute in elevating Brioni’s client experience provided to top clients, elaborating specific tools and projects, including in store events and creation of partnerships and collaborations.

    You will inspire the team to deliver impeccable customer service through memorable experiences, inside and outside of the boutiques, elaborating for each client a dedicated client journey in cooperation with Retail Directors, Stores and other departments to guarantee a high level of retention and bond the connection with the Brand.

    In this exciting role you will also be responsible to coordinate with the customer service teams of Kering Signature globally, in order to ensure they can deliver the highest standard of service to our clients and further contribute to growing our business, in close connection with the E-commerce and Retail team.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the Retail team in achieving strategic business objectives of client retention and uplifting
    • Create dedicated action plan to recognize opportunities and implement specific projects and actions to drive client retention and growth
    • Contribute in elevating Brioni’s client experience provided to top clients, elaborating specific tools and projects
    • Manage the relations and supervise the activities of customer service teams of Kering Signature to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of service to Brioni clients and further contribute to growing the business

    Who you are

    • Passionate about Luxury and Fashion
    • Well-experienced and knowledgeable of Retail dynamics and context
    • Highly organized and able to plan efficiently
    • A proactive and flexible individual able to work in a changing environment and to adapt to different context and working environment
    • A team-working oriented individual able to collaborate with other departments (including WW Retail teams, HQ Departments, Production)
    • Knowledgeable about English (additional languages will be a plus)
    • Able to use Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
