    Your Opportunity

    For a maternity cover, Ginori 1735 is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist to join the Human Resources team at its headquarters in Sesto Fiorentino.

    The role has a primary focus on Talent Acquisition, with direct responsibility for recruitment processes and the coordination of onboarding activities, as well as a supporting role in Learning and Employee Engagement initiatives.

    Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Managers, and Group Corporate stakeholders, contributing to ensuring continuity, quality, and timeliness across talent attraction processes.

    How You Will Contribute

    1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

    You will play a key role in attracting talents and delivering a high-quality candidate experience:

    • Participate in workforce planning and in defining Job Descriptions together with HRBPs and Hiring Managers
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes at European level: job posting, CV screening, interviews, competency assessment, and shortlist presentation
    • Coordinate relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with internal stakeholders
    • Manage the activation of curricular and extracurricular internships, in collaboration with institutions, universities, and Group shared services
    • Organize and manage onboarding activities for new hires, including pre-onboarding, welcome, agenda, and internal coordination
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career days, partnerships with universities and institutes)
    • Monitor the Talent Acquisition budget and related activities

    2. Learning

    You will support the growth of people’s skills and professional development:

    • Collect and analyze training needs in collaboration with HRBPs and Managers
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of the annual training plan (classroom, digital, blended)
    • Manage relationships with external training providers and trainers
    • Coordinate funded training programs, handling documentation and supporting reporting activities
    • Monitor training KPIs, feedback, and the effectiveness of learning initiatives
    • Support the adoption of internal platforms and e-learning content
    • Take part in development projects at Brand and Group level

    3. Talent Management & Employee Engagement

    You will contribute to strengthening engagement and a sense of belonging across the organization:

    • Support the local implementation of Group Employee Engagement initiatives
    • Contribute to the roll-out of Talent Management programs
    • Coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives (planning, materials, communications)
    • Collaborate on Internal Communication activities (Viva Engage, LinkedIn content, organizational communications)

    Who You Are

    • You have 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in structured and dynamic environments
    • You have a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and experience coordinating Learning activities
    • You are familiar with HR KPIs, Learning Management tools, and reporting activities
    • You are an organized and proactive person, able to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple activities simultaneously
    • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working closely with people
    • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • You are fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
