Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear. The role will be included in the Art Buying Production team and will report to the Art Buyer and Production Manager.

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the Creative team and key internal stakeholders (including Art Direction, Product Marketing, and Events) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of global fashion campaigns.

    • Support the scouting, selection, and curation of top-tier creative talent, including photographers, directors, talent, and glam teams, ensuring best-in-class collaborations that elevate brand storytelling.

    • Work closely with the Creative team to translate campaign briefs into actionable strategies, safeguarding creative integrity, consistency, and excellence across all productions.

    • Streamline and oversee campaign workflows to ensure the highest standards of image quality, production efficiency, and on-time delivery.

    • Provide senior-level guidance on projects linked to the Artistic Director, enhancing both the quality and operational effectiveness of creative outputs.

    • Manage and optimize campaign budgets.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience in a similar role in a structured Company, advertising agency or photo studio with proven experience of at least 5 years on fashion and beauty projects.

    • Humanities, communication or economics background.

    • Fluent in English.

    • High capacity of relationship and negotiation, project management and analysis, organization and formulation of project estimates.

    • In-depth knowledge of talents working in photography, video, fashion and art (photographers, directors, models, styling, hairstylists, make up artists, set designers, studios and figures operating in digital and virtual realities).
