    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Global Client Development Coordinator to support the execution of Gucci’s global client engagement strategy.

    In this role, you will partner with global and regional teams to ensure the seamless coordination of client initiatives across all touchpoints — from outreach to exclusive events and experiences. You will contribute to translating strategic direction into actionable guidelines, tools and plans, enhancing client engagement while supporting business priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the execution of global client development initiatives across outreach, private appointments, events and client experiences
    • Support the rollout of strategic guidelines for campaigns, product launches and client activations
    • Translate strategic direction into clear and actionable frameworks for regional teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Client Experience, Contact Strategy) to enable effective implementation
    • Act as a key point of reference for client engagement tools (Wrike, EMT), supporting adoption and best practices across regions
    • Monitor planning effectiveness and performance, partnering with Analytics to ensure continuous improvement
    • Support client development budget tracking and collaborate with Finance on reporting and monthly closure
    • Contribute to the execution of the global gifting strategy, ensuring alignment and excellence across regional activations
    • Monitor gifting and campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations
    • Maintain and update client data structures and campaign assets (Luce), ensuring consistency and accuracy
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders (Product Marketing, Merchandising, Brand Image) to ensure alignment of client initiatives
    • Capture regional and field insights, translating them into actionable inputs

    Professional Skills

    • 2+ years of experience in client development, CRM or similar roles, ideally within luxury retail
    • Strong understanding of client engagement dynamics
    • Solid analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actions
    • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    • Ability to translate strategy into structured, actionable plans and guidelines

    • Proactive, curious and solution-oriented approach
    • Strong business and commercial mindset
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities
    • Clear and effective communication across different organizational levels
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Ability to translate needs into concrete actions
    • Strong listening skills, with sensitivity to capture field insights
    • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
