Role Mission Drive a consistent and data-driven approach to Retail Performance across the global network, translating business insights into actionable levers to maximize sales, productivity and KPI achievement. Act as a strategic partner to Global and Regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on targets, performance governance and tools, leveraging retail execution and service excellence frameworks to ensure sustainable performance.

    Key Accountabilities

    Retail Performance & Business Steering

    • Define and drive global frameworks for commercial targets and sales planning.
    • Monitor retail performance, identifying risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
    • Lead productivity frameworks and track key efficiency levers across markets, in collaboration with Retail Excellence.
    • Partner with the HR Dept. to contribute to the design of retail contests and the evolution of incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Analyze competitor landscape and market trends to inform strategic direction.
    • Own the Retail Scorecard, ensuring consistency, transparency and alignment at global level.
    • Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting (including weekly business reviews) to senior stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.

    Performance Governance & Monitoring

    • Define and govern the global target-setting methodology and deployment.
    • Oversee KPI frameworks, ensuring reliability, accuracy and business relevance.
    • Lead the 360° Retail Performance overview, consolidating key insights on sales and KPIs.
    • Ensure structured sales tracking and rigorous performance follow-up across regions and channels.
    • Drive adoption and continuous enhancement of Retail Performance tools (analytics, productivity, MTT).

    Tools & Analytics Enablement

    • Define and maintain global performance dashboards, ensuring clarity, consistency and usability.
    • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks supporting decision-making.
    • Partner with Digital and IT teams to enhance performance tools and data capabilities.
    • Support the evolution of data-driven practices across the retail organization.

    Cross-functional Alignment

    • Partner closely with Retail Excellence to ensure alignment between performance drivers, store execution and client experience.
    • Contribute to an integrated approach across performance and excellence frameworks, ensuring consistency between targets, behaviors and tools.

    Key Requirements

    • 8–10+ years of experience in Retail Performance, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics or similar functions within an international environment.
    • Fluent English is required; proficiency in Italian or French represents a strong plus.
    • Proven experience in retail, with a strong understanding of sales drivers, KPIs and productivity levers (luxury is a plus).
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.

    Functional Skills

    • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Solid knowledge of retail KPIs, performance frameworks and productivity drivers.
    • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards and data visualization solutions.
    • Familiarity with incentive schemes and workforce productivity models.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate within complex, matrix organizations.
    • Clear and effective communication, with the ability to synthesize complexity into actionable narratives.
    • Results-driven, with high level of ownership and execution focus.
    • Collaborative, agile and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop and engage a team.
