GUCCI Mail Distribution & Staff Services – Maternity Cover - Maternity Cover

The role will be part of the Milan Mail Distribution team within the Corporate Facility Department in Milan.

Reporting to the Milan Mail Distribution Supervisor, the position will be responsible for the operational management of mail and shipments, ensuring an efficient and timely service in support of the various corporate functions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

• Receive and accurately manage parcels, mail, and similar materials from courier and postal services;

• Sort incoming correspondence and ensure timely and accurate delivery to internal departments;

• Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail;

• Monitor shipment status, maintaining accurate tracking of inbound and outbound flows;

• Manage and archive logistics documentation in compliance with requirements for order, traceability, and accuracy;

• Support the organization and management of internal shuttle services between company sites, ensuring proper loading and unloading operations, material traceability, and adherence to agreed timelines.

• High school diploma;

• Previous experience in logistics or similar operational roles;

• Intermediate proficiency in English;

• Availability for flexible working hours and shift work;

• Dynamic attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear service-oriented approach;

• Good knowledge of major courier platforms and applications;

• Proficiency in standard IT tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
