We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff – Client Division to join our team. The Client center of excellence provides expertise and shared solutions to implement the Group's strategy in this area, in close collaboration with the Houses.
Your opportunity
In connection with the creation of the Client center of excellence at Kering Group Level, the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in driving cross‑functional initiatives, structuring strategic processes, and supporting the Chief Client Officer in key decision‑making and organizational topics.
How you will contribute
Drive cross‑functional initiatives within the Client Division, ensuring alignment, governance, and decision‑making consistency.
Run the OKR system, including dashboard development, progress tracking, and performance mechanisms.
Support the Chief Client Officer through structured analysis, synthesis, and preparation of strategic narratives.
Lead 2–3 high‑impact cross‑functional projects, partnering with functional leaders on organizational design and governance.
Run the strategic planning process and the cadence of performance reviews (including QBRs).
Produce ad‑hoc analyses, presentations, and strategic narratives to support leadership decisions.
Who you are
Structured and strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to gather and organize data across the organization.
Excellent communicator, able to synthesize and articulate complex topics clearly.
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and willing to take a hands‑on approach when necessary.
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or tech product management is a plus.
Fluent in English and French.
