    Your mission

    • Guarantee implementation of people processes, working close to business leaders to guarantee key targets achievement (growth, profitability, people engagement, employee experience).
    • Guarantee excellent service as a professional Business Partner to all relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Guarantee accuracy, administrative tasks and compliance within the assigned perimeter.

    How you will contribute

    • Developing trusted partnerships with internal company clients providing challenge, coaching and advice on people related matters and engagement strategies, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs.
    • Guaranteeing the acquisition of the required Talents on time and on cost.
    • Supporting and progressively managing the full spectrum of HR processes and activities, in line with Group guidelines (Talent Acquisition & Management, Employer Branding, Employees Engagement, Learning & Development, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefit etc.)
    • Working close with the local external partners with reference to all HR Admin, Payroll & HR Operations processes in alignment with local labor law and Group guidelines.
    • Managing internal reporting, HRIS local activities and tools and analytics.
    • Being an active part in deployment and calculations of the sales force incentives sytems.
    • Local implementation of an effective performance management process, aligned to business needs.
    • Supporting Employee Relations, Compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives.
    • Guarantee the development of a diversified, agile and empowered working environment.

    Who you are

    • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR Management or any equivalent qualification
    • Experience of 1-2 years as HR Generalist or HR Admin in structured and globally present organizations
    • Experience in analytics, employee legislation and local labor laws
    • Excellent written and spoken German and English
    • MS Office working proficiency (excel and Power Point)
    • Possessing a high degree of passion, entrepreneurship, and commitment.
    • Wish to go above and beyond the call of duty.
    • People oriented team player and effective communicator.
    • Analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Well organized, process- and result-driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
    • Project Management, able to coordinate multifunctional activities and information flows.
