How you will contribute
Event Planning
- Contribute to the design and execution of commercial events and channel trade shows for the presentation of collections, including annual sales kick-off conventions.
- Coordinate the definition of the global commercial events plan and monitor the execution of local events in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee the planning, adaptation, and execution of brand experiential events aimed at increasing engagement and sell-out with key commercial partners, contributing to the development of related operational playbooks.
- Act as the main point of contact for all organizational and logistical aspects before, during, and after each event.
Vendor Management & Logistics
- Coordinate the supplier network, identifying new partners when needed, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing service delivery in line with defined standards.
- Manage all logistical aspects end to end, including venue selection, guest list management, agenda definition, invitations, catering, accommodation, entertainment, transfers, samples, and gifts.
- Collaborate with Corporate Image, Retail, and Corporate Design teams on space design, setups, and the definition of guidelines for local events.
- Liaise with the Legal team for contract review and to ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
Budget & Reporting
- Coordinate the area events budget, ensuring continuous cost monitoring and regular updates to be shared with the direct manager.
- Plan and optimize costs for directly managed events while maintaining quality standards, also handling administrative aspects (approval processes, purchase orders, invoice checks, and expense reconciliation).
- Prepare post‑event reports, identifying best practices, tracking costs and results, and sharing insights with involved and interested stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trade fairs and events to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations in customer experience.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within fashion, luxury, retail, or agency environments.
- Italian and English knowledge is mandatory, French is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management and/or event planning tools.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and reporting processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, ability to work autonomously, and results‑oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
