The opportunity
You will play a pivotal role from day one in launching our luxury Smart Glasses, a groundbreaking, category-defining project in which technology meets the highest level of design excellence.
You will lead the global communication, PR, and influencer marketing strategy, shaping and executing high-impact plans across teams and in close collaboration with one of the world’s leading Big Tech companies.
Your expertise in communication for wearables and products with high technological content will enable you to navigate and elevate a rapidly evolving category.
You combine creativity with a strong ability to translate plans into action, possess a clear vision, and entrepreneurial spirit.
How you will contribute
- Develop, create, and execute communication activities for the Smart Glasses category at a global level.
- Define and align each campaign’s objectives, strategy, and measurement framework within the marketing goals and KPIs, focusing on technology-driven innovation.
- Translate complex technological features into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent communication guidelines, tailored to different global markets.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal graphic teams for the development of ADV assets and tech-driven content, overseeing the full process.
- Collaborate with the PR team to define the PR, consumer events, and influencer marketing strategy.
- Continuously monitor communication strategies and trends within the Smart Glasses, wearable technology, smart device, fashion-tech, lifestyle, and sport-tech industries.
- Be a smart team leader.
Who you are
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years in tech driven communication, PR, and influencer marketing within wearables, consumer electronics, smart health, IoT. Additional fashion / luxury expertise will be a plus.
- Strong passion for technology, wearables, AI, and digital experiences.
- Explorer and innovator mindset: curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive.
- Refined aesthetic sensitivity, with a passion for luxury and fashion.
- Outstanding communication and excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian. Other languages are considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.
