    Your Opportunity

    Siamo alla ricerca di una persona motivata, curiosa e appassionata di IT da inserire nel nostro team IT.

    How you will contribute

    • Supportare il team nella gestione e nelle attività di risoluzione dei ticket di servizio IT, monitorandone la corretta evasione e gli eventuali processi di escalation.

    • Collaborare alla gestione le attività programmate di sostituzione e riparazione/riconfigurazione PC.

    • Partecipare alle attività di aggiornamento tecnologico dei PC aziendali.

    • Collaborare nella manutenzione e gestione della telefonia fissa/mobile.

    • Supportare il team nella creazione dei nuovi profili aziendali (e-mail, utenze su gestionali interni).

    Who you are

    • Percorso di studi in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini (Laurea e/o Diploma).

    • Attitudine all’apprendimento, proattività e attenzione ai dettagli.

    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

    • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi.
